Instead of disclosing too many much unneeded details, I’ll just say: I started eating this today:
I thought it tasted really good. I had the Cranberry Raspberry flavor. The adjustment to eating at 7:45 a.m. was hard as I am not a breakfast eater. (And yes, I know it’s better for me to eat breakfast each day).
I’m unsure if this is some scam to make you buy the yogurt or if it actually helps with digestion. But lately my tummy hates me over everything so I figured I’d at least give it a try. I realize there is really no control variable here because just eating something for breakfast could be enough to fix whatever is wrong with my belly. But yeah, I’m eating this. And I like it.

I have the same issues and like you I was skeptical about the yogurt’s overall benefit and effectiveness. I just started eating the Yoplait digestive yogurt about a month ago and WOW it has worked for me. I’m not going to go delve into it here, but you get the gist.
I usually get the pomegranate black berry – my favorite – and the cherry. I’ve tried Activia before and never thought it tasted as good as the Yoplait brand – plus Yoplait has better flavors.
Anyways, that’s my two cents. I’m a believer!
