We went to the new Fudruckers in Appleton for lunch today. And I must say, it was really, REALLY good.
When we first got there we did have to stand in line for about 20 minutes, but I chalk that up to the fact that the restaurant opened only about one week ago.
I had a 1/3 pound burger with fries and a chocolate milk shake. Jeff had a strawberry milk shake. Both were good. And of course there was the pickle veggie bar station thingie. I love that. Pickles and raw onions for me.
However, I must say, the decor was a little lackluster. The Brookfield location at least fakes character with framed pieces of history all over the walls. The feel of the new Appleton location is nothing like the other Fudruckers’ I’ve been to.
Nonetheless, it’s a good lunch place. I left satisfied.
